Job summary

Salm Partners, LLC in Denmark, WI is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to perform inspections and testing for all products produced at the facility, and to maintain records in compliance with SQF, GMP and USDA-FSIS. The position is located at 590 Woodrow Street, Denmark, WI, with hours 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday.

You will conduct sanitation inspections, review analyses, collect samples, calibrate equipment, monitor temperatures, and document nonconformities, Hold decisions, and actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in USDA-FSIS regulated food manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility-wide pre-op sanitation inspections and document corrective actions.
• Conduct SSOP inspections twice per shift and file reports.
• Review Certificates of Analysis for all received raw goods.
• Calibrate pH meters, colorimeters and related test equipment.
• Monitor cooler temperatures and log results daily.
• Support HACCP, net weight checks and other quality controls.
