Job summary

EMR is hiring a Production Worker at our Becker, MN site. You will remove and sort material from conveyor belts, help maintain a clean shredder facility, and support yard cleanliness.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00am–6:00pm with no nights or weekends. Compensation is $19 per hour, full-time year-round, plus PTO, paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of performing physical tasks in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash, wood, paper, and plastics from conveyor belts.
• Sort and place materials into the correct chutes or onto conveyors.
• Clean the yard by sweeping, raking, and picking up debris.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

About the Opportunity
