Job summary

EMR USA Metal Recycling in Becker, MN is seeking a Production Worker to support daily shredder operations. You will remove and sort material from conveyor belts, help maintain a clean shredder facility, and support yard cleanliness.

The role offers a full-time, year-round schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm, with a starting wage of $19 per hour, and a competitive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and perform basic math tasks.
• Able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of performing physical tasks in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash, wood, paper, and plastics from conveyor belts.
• Sort and place materials into correct chutes or conveyors.
• Clean the yard by sweeping, raking, and picking up debris.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
