Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate about work instructions and safety information written in English.
• Must be able to be a team player; problem solve and collaborate with other employees/departments.
• Must possess basic math and computer skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and reliable work attendance.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Self-motivated, able to take initiative and use sound judgment day-to-day.
• Professional and reliable with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate weighing, blending, encapsulation, capsule dedusting and packaging equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area in GMP compliance.
• Adhere to cGMP guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform weighing, blending, encapsulation, dedusting, and packaging functions.
• Clean all associated equipment and areas.
• Record information on batch production records and logs.
• Perform accurate calculations per batch records and supervisor directions.
• Support coverage in other departments when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
