Job summary

Blueroot Health INC. is seeking a QA Technician to perform floor-level quality assurance across manufacturing and packaging. Responsibilities include in-process checks, line clearance, material verification, and ensuring proper labeling and storage conditions on the production floor.

The role requires familiarity with cGMP, GDP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 111, plus strong attention to detail and documentation practices. Prior QA/QC experience in dietary supplements, food, or pharma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of QA/QC or manufacturing experience in a cGMP-regulated environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 111, and GDP.
• Strong attention to detail with in-process checks and documentation.
• Experience with Excel; familiarity with eQMS or ERP/QMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process checks and line clearance on manufacturing lines.
• Review and verify labels, material lot integrity and storage conditions.
• Conduct allergen swab testing and environmental monitoring as applicable.
• Maintain and document nonconformances and deviations.
• Assist with calibration logs, CAPAs, and other quality records.
• Carry out inventory control, FEFO, and label control on the floor.
