Job summary

Central Package & Display in Minnesota is hiring a 1st Shift Production Technician to feed sheets into a Rotary Die Cutting Machine and support the operator with setup and operation. This full-time role offers union after 30 working days and a starting wage of $25.59 per hour.

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Training is available, with overtime as needed. Compensations include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) plan and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to handle changing tasks and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Feed sheets of raw stock into a Rotary Die Cutting Machine.
• Assist machine operator with setup and operation of the machine.
• Perform in-process inspections and meet quality guidelines.
• Accurate data collection into the Amtech PDC and ensure production goals are met.
• Assist as an Assistant Machine Operator/Feeder for other machines as assigned.
