Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of hourly employees.
• Ensure safety, performance, yields, staffing, and attendance for the shift.
• Follow Food Safety Guidelines, GMP procedures, and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer specs and USDA requirements.
• Complete daily shift reporting and time edits.
• Maximize yields and throughputs while maintaining quality.
• Participate in interviews for open positions.
• Ensure shift readiness for audits and training.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
