Job summary

CTI Foods, LLC is seeking a production supervisor to direct and coordinate activities across production departments within our food manufacturing facilities. You will plan, assign, and optimize work, while implementing policies to improve equipment, procedures, and safety standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong leadership to motivate floor teams toward CTI Foods’ values of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review production orders and schedules to plan department operations.
• Plan production priorities and sequences for manufacturing.
• Coordinate activities to ensure production quality meets specifications.
• Identify and resolve operational or maintenance issues to minimize costs and delays.
• Promote and ensure food safety and quality throughout the shift.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
