If you are passionate about creating world-class products that address complex filtration issues, this is an exciting opportunity! We are seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to join our Greeneville, TN manufacturing facility. The role hours are from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. You will collaborate with team leads to enhance efficiency, provide hands-on leadership on the production floor, and report directly to the Production Manager. Candidates must be available to work onsite daily in Greeneville, TN.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead assigned production department(s), including work assignments to achieve key metrics (safety, quality, delivery, cost).
2. Coach employees on safety improvements, conduct department inspections, and follow up on issues.
3. Manage performance processes for all hourly employees.
4. Assist in developing and managing the department's budget.
5. Promote teamwork and coach employees through problem-solving to improve manufacturing processes, reduce setup time, address equipment problems, and reduce scrap.
6. Train employees on safety procedures, problem-solving, prints, programming, and quality standards.
7. Audit product quality for compliance and implement corrective actions as needed.
8. Address employee relations issues using company policies and effective remediation techniques.
9. Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma.
2. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or engineering (or relevant education and experience).
3. 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Associate’s degree or higher in business, leadership, or relevant field.
2. 3+ years of production supervisory experience.
3. Experience with Oracle and Workday.
