EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two to three years previous experience leading

a team in a manufacturing environment including: Planning/reviewing

production orders and scheduling resources Coordinating manufacturing

activities to ensure production and quality of products meets

specifications and is performed in a safe manner. Developing and

promoting employees Scheduling to individuals strengths This role

requires strong initiative, excellent communication skills, accuracy and

attention to detail and computer proficiency. Ability to influence is a

must. Pre-employment drug screen required. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE

AND QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of two to three years previous experience
