Work Now Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Production Supervisor for our Bedford Park client.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.50 per hour

Shift: 6:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - Noon, Friday

Your Role:

• Coordinating production, equipment, personnel, and materials
• Supervising production personnel
• Forecasting material needs
• Leading, supervising, and monitoring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Opening and closing the building
• Maintaining a strong floor presence
• Supervising 25 to 35 employees at floor level

Required Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of safe work practices, familiarity with OSHA and other regulatory requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and direct multiple tasks
• Strong computer skills – scheduling and basic Excel knowledge
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• People management skills and the ability to work effectively with employees to meet quality, delivery, and cost goals
