Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Production Operator on 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm) to operate equipment and manage raw materials, packaging, labeling, and orderly handoffs.

You will follow process instructions, monitor run rates, perform initial testing, ensure labeling accuracy, and uphold quality and safety standards while contributing to a clean, organized work area. This role requires basic education, reading and following work orders, and the ability to stand for long

Qualifications

• Basic reading of work orders, process instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to use MS Office for routine tasks.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging, identify quantities, and transport to production area.
• Operate processing equipment per instructions and monitor run rates.
• Complete initial testing and release to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Check labels and packaging materials for accuracy and compliance with instructions.
• Package final products according to quality standards and SOPs.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the assigned area.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
