The role requires reading work orders and following procedures within a regulated manufacturing environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years as a production operator or 3+ years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety rules, and quality procedures.
• Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify raw materials by correct weight, type, and batch/lot number.
• Operate mixing equipment following approved work instructions.
• Monitor process parameters and collect product samples.
• Record production data for traceability and compliance.
• Package finished products according to specifications.
• Perform visual and quality inspections against defined standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow EHS procedures.
