Job summary

Sigma Systems, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the St. Albans, VT facility.

You will work on first shift (7am-3:30pm) in a hands-on manufacturing environment, operating machinery, packaging final products, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role supports our Nutra Blend operations within a cooperative, team-driven setting. Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, meeting deadlines, multi-tasking in a fast-paced plant, and collaborating with leads to complete

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot; strong collaboration and communication.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments with dust/chemicals present.
