Job summary

US Farathane in Riverside, MO is seeking a 1st Shift Mezzanine Operator responsible for providing proper materials to the cell to maximize productivity, quality, and safety while meeting internal and external customer expectations.

You will manage material availability, perform dry runs, monitor moisture, maintain logs, and support changeovers with proper identification and FIFO practices; adherence to safety and company policies is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
• Ability to perform basic math, fractions, decimals, and data interpretation
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems

Responsibilities

• Provide materials to the cell to support molding schedule
• Maintain material logs and ensure traceability
• Review BOMs during setup and ensure correct material usage
• Perform material changeovers, clean and prevent contamination
• Monitor moisture, dryer temperatures, and bin settings
• Adhere to safety policies and housekeeping requirements
• Participate in shift meetings and continuous improvement activities
