Job summary

You will operate manufacturing equipment, load and unload materials, monitor machine performance for defects, perform minor adjustments, and maintain housekeeping and safety inspections in a hot, loud manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to grip, push, pull, and manipulate materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to consistently lift 50–100 pounds depending on position and department.
• Forklift Operators must be able to manually roll and position wheels exceeding 100 pounds.
• Work in hot, loud, and physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment, hoists, and production machinery.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Monitor machine performance and identify defects.
• Make minor adjustments and notify supervisors of issues.
• Complete housekeeping and safety inspections.
