Melaleuca is seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Quality Production Coordinator at our Knoxville, TN plant. You will supervise a small team of hourly associates, oversee packaging operations, and ensure quality and efficiency on the production line.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising small teams of hourly associates in manufacturing.
• Light industrial experience with product packaging in high-volume environments.
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment and respond to alarms.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides line leadership, training, and mentorship to production associates.
• Oversees packaging, auditing, and packing for customer orders.
• Handles setup, operation, and changeovers of packaging equipment.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and logs cleaning data.
• Monitors productivity, safety compliance, and inventory levels.
