Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company is seeking a team-oriented individual to ensure order fulfillment and packing accuracy in a climate-controlled facility in Knoxville, TN. You will select container sizes, scan barcodes, and place products in designated locations while maintaining neatness and accuracy.

Responsibilities include auditing packages, securing lids, packing with flyers and invoices, labeling for shipping, and routing to the next station.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and write accurately.
• Ability to follow procedures called for on system (computers and/or line).
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for duration of shift.
• Standing or walking for duration of shift.
• Visually read bottles, product, invoices and perform inspections, etc.
• Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to work as a team to achieve maximum performance.

Responsibilities

• Induct customer’s orders and selecting the size of container indicated on computer, assigning bar code and LPN by scanning the bar code, and placing them on the container in the designated locations for identification.
• When container enters a zone, acknowledge the LPN on the Work Indicator and match it with the container that is in front of the Work Indicator and pick the products and quantities indicated by the pick indicators that are lit up and place the products into the container in a neat order.
• Audit packages at the audit stations for quality control and correct any deficiencies that are present.
• Ensures that the lids on the products are tight and in good condition and sends container to be packed.
• Containers are packed with airbags and then the appropriate flyers/magazines along with the invoice are placed in the container and then a shipping label is placed on the top of the container.
• Sends packages to the taper for further processing.
• Build Careers/Values/EcoSense packages in containers with trays per instructions.
• Corrects errors made in packages so they can be sent out accurately.
• Retrieves new products when damaged products are found in packages.
• Meets department standards daily.
• Practices safe work methods and follows safety policies and procedures.
