Stratasys is seeking a Lead Production team member to coordinate daily work, ensure safety and quality, and lead a manufacturing unit on the 1st shift. You will drive production schedules, mentor staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues while maintaining equipment and processes.

The Lead Production is responsible for assisting the production leadership in the daily coordination of work activities and the development of production employees. Will ensure that safety, quality, policies, and procedures are followed; production schedules are achieved; and be the lead on the assigned product work cell.
1st shift position; Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
For this position, the typical hourly rate is from $24 to $27 per hour, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
