Staffmark currently hires for a Production Associate in Edgerton, OH. The role includes loading materials, checking quality, and supporting daily production goals on a 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm, M-F). The pay rate is $17.51 per hour, with overtime possible on weekdays and Saturdays.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and basic math skills. Previous manufacturing experience is welcome but not required; strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are valued.
