Job summary

Surge Staffing in Wooster, OH is seeking a reliable General Labor / Forklift Operator for 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), Monday through Friday. This role supports daily warehouse operations by packaging, moving materials, and operating a forklift.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift and move parts throughout the workday.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lift parts from boxes and place them into reusable bins.
• Pack and organize parts according to instructions.
• Operate a forklift to move materials safely throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform other general labor and warehouse duties as assigned
