Adecco Staffing is hiring Optical Assemblers in Keene, NH. This full-time contract-to-hire role is in the Finishing Department, assembling high-precision electro/mechanical systems in a clean, detail-focused environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience, and the ability to read schematics. You will use measuring tools and gauges, read blueprints, and follow safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.

Mansioni

• Perform assembly of electro/mechanical systems, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components
• Build wiring harnesses and install precision parts based on technical schematics
• Use various measuring instruments and inspection gauges to ensure accuracy
• Complete detailed, hands-on assembly tasks with consistency and care
• Follow safety and quality standards while meeting production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
