Job summary

PrideStaff, Inc. is currently seeking a 1st Shift Plate Mounter/Forklift Operator for a plastics manufacturing company located in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential.

Pay starts at $20 per hour and after a training period (1–2 months) can rise to $24 per hour based on proficiency. Shift is 5:00 am to 5:00 pm on an alternate schedule. Responsibilities include receiving orders, placing a plate onto a sleeve, ensuring proper alignment, and operating a

Qualifications

• Must have recent experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1–2 years of related material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work with cleaning solvents and acetone-based products.
• Must be able to lift, stand, walk, lift, and pull throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory of finished goods and production support materials.
• Maintains all aspects of housekeeping according to plan policies and procedures.
• Ensures day-to-day operation aligns with Quality System policies and procedures; supports continuous improvement.
• Adheres to GMPs, regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
