Job summary

PrideStaff, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Press Helper/Front Loader for a plastics manufacturer in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering growth opportunities with a 5am–5pm shift and rotating A or C schedule, every other weekend.

The role supports machine operators, assists with tending/packing, and includes a drug test and background check before start. Responsibilities include inventory control, housekeeping, shipping, and ensuring compliance with GMPs and

• Recent experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least 6 months of machine tending or operation experience.
• Ability to lift, stand, walk, lift, and pull throughout the shift.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of finished goods and production support materials.
• Keep area clean and adhere to facility standards and GMPs.
• Assist in shipping raw and finished goods to locations.
• Support maintenance with machine repairs and preventative maintenance.

Pridestaff is currently seeking a 1st Shift Press Helper/Front Loader for a plastics manufacturing company located in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity with opportunity for growth! Please see job requirements below to be considered.
Pay rate: $18-$19 Shift: 5am to 5pm (A or C rotating shift; will be working every other weekend) 4/3 schedule (over time paid on 4, 10 schedule or after 10 hours)
Position Summary:
Responsible for helping the Machine Operators or assisting in machine tending/packing products.
Essential Duties: Maintains inventory of finished goods and production support materials Maintains all aspects of housekeeping according to plan policies and procedures Ships raw and finishedgoods to appropriate locations Assist maintenance with machine repairs and preventative maintenance Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operation is consistent with the policies and procedures that me up the Quality System Continuously improve the process as an individual and as a team member Ensures work are is kept clean according to facility/corporate standards. Ensure all environmental standards and requirements are met Adhere all GMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
Qualifications: Must have recent experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Must have at least 6 months of relating machine tending or operation experience. Must be able to lift, stand, walk, lift, and pull throughout the shift. Must be willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check prior to start. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. Client requires a resume and interview. Client also requires2 positive work references.
