Job summary

Smalley Steel Ring Company in Lake Zurich, IL is seeking a Facilities role to maintain the building and test/repair equipment. The position runs on the 1st shift with a base hourly salary range and full-time hours.

Responsibilities include cleaning, setup of spaces, and supporting cross‑departmental production as needed. Candidates should pass basic math and English exams and be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis.

• Maintain entire building – both inside and outside.
• Inspect and test machinery and equipment.

• Install and repair electrical and plumbing equipment.
• Set up and organize office and event spaces.
• Participate in cross‑departmental work production based on business needs.

Hours: 6am – 2:30pm with rotating Saturdays 7am – 12pm

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $20.00 – $25.00 USD. Actual salaries may vary within or beyond this range based on education, training, experience and business needs.
