Job summary

Dolese Bros Co is seeking a Plant Maintenance Tech to maintain and repair our heavy equipment on 1st shift (6am-4pm, with potential changes). You will perform general maintenance on conveyors, crushing and screening equipment and support facilities.

The role requires safe work history, a proactive attitude toward safety, and the ability to work in a team environment. Training and support are provided in a stable, employee-owned company with profit-sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have safe work history and a proactive safety approach.
• Experience as a plant maintenance mechanic or plant oiler 3–5+ years, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automation software and diagnostics is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and environmental procedures per policy and MSHA.
• Operate and repair company equipment, including conveyors, crushers and feeders.
• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on mechanical systems.
• Replace bearings, pulleys, and belts; align hubs and rebuild crushers.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and power transmission.
• Maintain a neat, professional work area and complete paperwork timely.
