The DM Burr Group is hiring a Part Time Custodian for 1st shift in Clawson, MI, with a schedule Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 12:00pm at Social Security Administration.

The role involves cleaning and maintaining facilities using floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums, with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour plus a $200 hiring bonus after 90 days. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, consistent schedules, and training.

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading of label instructions on cleaning supplies.
• Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
• 0–6 months custodial/janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use approved cleaning methods and materials to care for the assigned facility.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, stripping machines, and vacuums.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub and polish floors; empty trash; clean restrooms and break rooms.
• Record and report cleaning functions and any safety issues to supervision.
• Perform light building maintenance as needed and assist with other duties.
