Qualifications

• Capable of operating a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or processing environment.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Remove completed pallets from the palletizing line using a forklift.
• Label, wrap, and prepare pallets using shrink-wrapping equipment.
• Transport wrapped pallets to the cooler within USDA-required timelines.
• Coordinate with grader operators to track daily pallet counts.
• Hand stack and label pallets not handled by the palletizing robot.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot palletizing robots as needed.
• Print, verify, and apply labels and pallet tags for shipment accuracy.
• Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Follow updated processes and procedures during production runs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by GMPs, safety procedures, and PPE.
