KOST USA is seeking a 1st Shift Packaging Operator (6AM-2:30PM) to join our Cincinnati-area team. The role emphasizes careful, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities including labeling, filling, and equipment setup while maintaining safety and organization throughout the plant.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, forklift experience, and a willingness to learn procedures to ensure efficient packaging and storage of drums, totes, and pails.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Packaging experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Following all established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Loading drums onto skids.
• Labeling drums, totes, and pails.
• Filling totes, drums, and pails with the correct hoses and pumps; checking for leaks.
• Shrink wrapping and storing containers; operating forklift.
• Keeping the plant and warehouse organized, safe and clean.
• Other duties may be assigned.
