• Position Summary:
• Responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and productivity standards.
• Role requires a higher level of technical knowledge than entry-level operators and may include equipment setup, process adjustments, training of new operators, and support continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operations - Operate assigned machinery, perform setups and changeovers, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain production records.
• Quality - Perform inspections and support corrective actions.
• Safety - Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.
• Continuous Improvement - Participate in Lean initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Team Support - Assist in training and mentoring operators and collaborate across functions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read work instructions and operate production equipment.
• Basic computer skills a must.
• Lean manufacturing experience, quality inspection knowledge, forklift certification if applicable, and technical training in manufacturing operations, a Robot troubleshooting will be a plus.
