Job summary

Civil Recruit is seeking a Parts Clerk on a 1st shift to support maintenance operations in a manufacturing setting in Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes accurate inventory handling, storeroom organization, and timely part provisioning to technicians.

The position requires 2+ years in inventory control, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems. Occasional overtime and weekend work may occur during training and peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, storeroom management, or industrial purchasing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or CMMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, identify, and stock maintenance parts and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within CMMS, SAP, or other inventory systems.
• Perform routine cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts.
• Track usage trends and recommend adjustments to inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure storeroom storage and labeling.
• Assist in standardizing storeroom processes and procedures.
• Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, receipts, and purchase orders.
