Homesteader Trailers in New Tazewell, TN is seeking full-time 1st shift MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. You will read production orders and tape measures to assemble wall, roof and front sections onto the steel main frame using a MIG welder.

No certification is required, but you must have a High School diploma or equivalent and pass a practical welding assessment. Excellent team environment, benefit options, and consistent schedule available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a production order sheet.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Certification NOT required; however, sufficient experience is required to pass a practical welding assessment.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders and tape measure to guide welding.
• Set, assemble and MIG weld wall, roof and front sections onto the steel main frame.
• Layout, assemble and MIG weld steel frame parts on a jig table.
