Responsibilities

• Provide training and certification support for multiple processes (assembly, robots, vision systems).
• Develop and administer training programs related to production modules.
• Schedule and set up training sessions and orientations.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve yield and processes.
• Perform regular process audits and support continuous improvement.
