Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Medical Device Assembler in Colorado Springs to join a premier healthcare manufacturing leader. You will perform detailed assembly operations following precise technical instructions and regulatory standards in a clean environment, on a 1st shift.

Ideal candidates are meticulous, dependable, and capable of working independently in a structured setting. The role includes quality checks, documentation of parameters, PPE usage, and adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Dependable and available to work 1st shift (4:45 AM ??? 3:15 PM).
• Prior manufacturing experience, especially with microscope inspection or soldering, is strongly preferred.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise assembly operations using technical drawings, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Accurately measure and document process parameters, reporting any material shortages or process deviations immediately.
• Perform routine quality checks on small components to ensure adherence to strict regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while following all lockout/tagout safety protocols.
• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gowns, and masks.
