Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as Supervisor in Charge.
• Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred.
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff and support PCA team.
• Administer medications as required.
• Provide personal care services to residents.
• Maintain and update work schedule amidst call-outs/changes.
• Ensure staff training is up to date; follow safety precautions.
