Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand schematics, wiring diagrams, and basic blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, parts, subassemblies, and finished products as per work instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read, interpret, and follow drawings and BOMs.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specs and standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues and adjust processes as needed.
• Complete production reports and other documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Work with supervisors and team to meet production goals.
