Job summary

NETZSCH Pumps USA in Exton, PA is seeking a Production Assembler for the 1st shift to assemble machines and subassemblies per blueprints and specifications. You will build baseplates, structures or guards and operate equipment safely.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of similar experience, with strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on desire to learn. Welding and machining experience are a plus.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
At least 1 year experience in a similar field is required.
Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on learning mindset are essential.

Ability to read simple instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Plan pump assembly procedures according to specifications and SOPs.
Fabricate metal to produce structures, baseplates, and guards by welding and grinding.
Operate overhead crane, fork truck and related equipment safely.
Drill, tap or ream holes and assemble components with bolts, screws or rivets.
Align gears, drive couplings and subassemblies to close tolerances.
Assist in other shop areas as directed by supervisor.
