Steinhafels Furniture has an immediate opening for a full-time, 1st shift mattress assembler at our bedding factory in New Berlin. This role involves operating machinery for mattress and box spring assembly, contributing to production efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Requires frequent lifting, carrying and pushing/pulling.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have the ability to use various power tools for assembly.
• Good attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Gluing mattress foam layers.
• Assemble springs, foam and upholstery materials into mattresses.
• Operation of spray glue workstation.
• Mattress innerspring preparation.
• Foundation upholstery and stapling.
• Material handling.
• General factory cleanup.
