Job summary

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is seeking a motivated Material Handler to join our Billings, MT, distribution team. You will select and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment.

The position requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team with a focus on safety and efficiency. 1st shift pays $19.00/hour and includes benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers, pallet jacks, or cherry pickers is a plus.
• Ability to pass a 5-year background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Use an order selector to pick bulk bag and full-case customer orders throughout our distribution center.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including order pickers and pallet jacks.
• Build pallets accurately and efficiently for outbound shipments.
• Transport completed pallets to the loading dock for truck loading.
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety by following all company policies and PPE requirements.
• Participate in safety programs and proactively identify and communicate potential hazards.
