Job summary

Hendrickson in McKinney, TX is seeking a Shipping - Receiving - Warehouse Associate to ship, stage, and load units, and to move goods from the assembly area to shipping. Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred
• Must read and write English
• Must speak in English via a two-way radio
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Forklift experience required – Sit-down and Reach trucks
• Computer skills and knowledge of MRP systems preferred
• Must be able to meet production standards and follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Ship, shrink-wrap and stage units for shipment; load onto trucks
• Transport units from assembly to shipping area
• Follow shipping and packaging work instructions
• Process dunnage; scrap pallets and returnable items
• Pick and pack UPS shipments

• Shipping Band, shrink-wrap and stage units for shipment, and load staged units onto truck Transport units from assembly to shipping area Follow shipping and packaging work instructions Follow sales order by dates to ensure on time delivery goals are met Pick and pack UPS shipments Process all dunnage to include scrap pallets and returnable

Daily Tasks

• Keep machine and work areas clean and free of safety hazards
• Comply with the Quality Management System
• Regular attendance and other duties as assigned

Education and Training

• High school diploma or GED required
