Pro Resources Staffing Services in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a dependable Material Handler for a direct-hire position in manufacturing. You will receive, inspect, store materials, and move them to production areas to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires forklift experience, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work Monday–Thursday with overtime on Fridays; compensation is $22.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Shipping & Receiving Associate, or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience required.
• Forklift experience is required; prior certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Deliver materials to production areas to keep manufacturing running efficiently.
• Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Record material movements using inventory management software.
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and Kanban practices.
• Work closely with production, quality, and shipping teams to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime is likely available on Fridays

What You'll Do
