Job summary

ITC Manufacturing in Columbus, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator for 1st shift. You will safely operate high-speed machines, perform setup, troubleshoot, handle materials, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read measurements, use micrometers and tape measures, and follow multi-step procedures. You will work in a team, participate in quality checks, and support continuous improvement while complying with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Must be familiar with computer operated equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow multistep procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret decimal measurements.
• Ability to use a micrometer and a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed machines and perform setup and troubleshooting.
• Keep work area clean and organized, including tools and spare parts.
• Perform quality checks and follow safety procedures (OSHA).
• Complete preventative maintenance and assist in machine changeovers.
• Read production schedules and prepare materials for next jobs.
