Job summary

The Digital Room LLC is seeking a 1st Shift Supervisor - Manufacturing to lead and direct assigned manufacturing personnel during the shift to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production operations. This role oversees daily workflow, enforces policies and safety standards, monitors performance, and ensures targets are achieved while fostering a positive, accountable work environment.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervision experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with production scheduling, workflow optimization, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manufacturing personnel during the shift.
• Oversee daily workflow, enforce safety standards, monitor performance metrics.
