Job summary

Roche Holding AG in Tucson, AZ seeks a Supervisor of Manufacturing & Incoming Quality Control to lead 1st-shift operations, ensure inspection and release of materials, and drive continuous improvement under GMP/QSR guidelines.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Metrology, develop a high-performing team, and monitor key metrics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Lean/Continuous Improvement experience; read engineering blueprints and GD&T symbols.
• Lead 1st-shift manufacturing and IQC operations.
• Familiar with GMP and QSR standards and training compliance.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and schedule 1st-shift manufacturing and IQC activities.
• Oversee inspection and release of incoming materials; manage MRB/IQC holds.
• Collaborate with Technical Supplier Management, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Metrology.
• Ensure GMP/QSR compliance and participate in audits.
• Drive Lean initiatives to reduce variation and waste.
• Monitor metrics like Right First Time, release times, CAPA, and scrap rates.
• Recruit, train, and mentor direct reports.
