Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance/troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with similar equipment and processes.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Follow safety policies and Life Critical Rules (LOTO, Machine Guarding, PTW, PPE).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and adjustments on equipment.
• Diagnose problems and actions to improve line/mixer efficiency.
• Suggest process improvements to increase reliability.
• Assist in setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of packaging lines.
• Support line changeovers and disassembly/reassembly of line equipment.
• Assist in diagnosing machine controls, sensors, servers and drives.
• Document work in CMMS and report downtime with supervision.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies, overtime as needed.
