Job summary

PLZ Corp in Indianapolis is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facilities. The role involves mechanical and electrical maintenance, safe operation practices, and collaboration with line operators to ensure smooth production.

You will respond to emergencies, assist with setup and sanitation, and help manage plant utilities. Overtime is required when needed, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required or better.
• Technical training or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant equipment including conveyors, drives, belts, pneumatic and electric controls.
• Assist line operators in setup and sanitation processes.
• Respond to emergencies and notify management of issues.
• Startup and shutdown of plant utilities.
• Refer to manuals for safety, operation and spare parts information.
