Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance roles.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs.
• Ability to read basic technical documents and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
• Diagnose equipment issues and replace defective components.
• Read equipment manuals and follow maintenance procedures.
• Support facility maintenance activities as needed.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely.
• Participate in equipment setup, changeovers, and improvement activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
