Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance mechanic experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Megamation or similar CMMS is a plus
• Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machine components.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments; dismantle machinery when needed.
• Operate metalworking tools and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Assist in setting up new machinery and enhance equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free workplace.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS (Megamation).
• Collaborate with operations staff to minimize production interruptions.
