Qualifications include 8th grade or higher, 2 years manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8th grade education or higher.
• 2 years of prior manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
• Right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck certification.
• Overtime may be required including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery according to standards to complete customer orders.
• Access daily schedule through the electronic production system.
• Set up and operate machines; perform minor repairs and adjustments.
• Conduct change-overs and document nonconformances.
• Possibility to operate a powered industrial truck and rotate across work centers.
• Work overtime as needed and support business objectives.
