Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a 1st Shift Machine Operator for a seasonal contract position. Starting rate is $18 per hour, with overtime mandatory and potential for long-term employment after the peak season.

The role requires reading job tickets, moving large rolls of paper, and operating digital printing equipment. English or bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred; some mechanical ability is required. Teamwork and basic housekeeping are part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have some mechanical ability.
• English or bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Open to overtime.
• Read and understand job tickets and/or special instructions.
• Ability to move large/heavy rolls of paper.
• This job uses computer programs and digital printing equipment.
• Work with other departments to meet daily manufacturing goals.
• Assist with light handwork/maintenance/cleaning as needed.
• General housekeeping inside and outside the facility.
